In 1963, Gianni Mostile, seeing the growing demand for specialized driving shoes, filed a patent for a driving shoe with the Ministry of Industry. A new shoe dedicated to motorsports, enabling the new heel-toe technique, was thus born.

They became a true fashion accessory in the 1980s and 1990s. A huge variety of colours, styles and models met the growing demand from customers.
