FREE RETURNS AND FREE RETURNS :

EXCHANGE OR REFUND

Once we receive your order, you have 30 days to return it.



Step 1: Request your free return

Send your request by email to 1923shopify@gmail.com , you will receive a FREE return label. Write your name, phone number and your request: size/model exchange or refund.

Step 2: Drop off your parcel

Place the mail and the items concerned in a parcel. Send your parcel to the following address: 240 RUE D'ARMENTIERES, 59280 BOIS-GRENIER France

Step 3: Receive your product in exchange

As soon as we receive your parcel, we will inform you of the refund or the departure of your new parcel. The return of exchanged items to the customer is free of charge, except outside the Euro zone.



CONDITION, EXCHANGE OR REFUND :

DEADLINE: Requests for returns or refunds must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order by the customer. During the Christmas period, for an ANNIVERSARY or an exceptional case, we understand that 30 days may be too short. If we are notified and the item is in range, we accept returns and refund requests with more flexibility on the timeframe. PRODUCTS:
All products returned by the Customer must not have been used, damaged, soiled or washed by the Customer. They must be returned complete, with their bags and/or labels in appropriate packaging. Unfortunately, if the items do not comply with these conditions and are damaged on receipt, we will not be able to validate the exchange or refund. Thank you for your understanding.

IN CASE OF EXCHANGE:
Free return (1 time) of the product to the customer in case of exchange, (except outside the EU zone, it will be charged €19 excluding tax). Please let us know so that we can reserve your product or size. If your exchange request corresponds to an item with a different price, we will contact you for a refund or a supplement if necessary. The return of items to the customer in the event of an exchange is free of charge, except outside the Euro zone (outside the Euro zone it will be charged at 19 euros excluding tax).


IN CASE OF REFUND: For orders within the EU zone, as soon as we receive your parcel and if your return is in order, you will receive a refund of the amount of your order on the payment method used, within 2 days. For orders outside the EU zone, upon receipt of your parcel and if your return is in order, you will receive a refund of the amount of your order on the payment method used, less 19€, within 5 days.
Our company cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during transport, so we recommend that you use a tracked delivery service. In the event of loss or damage in transit, the customer should contact the carrier directly. If items are not received at the warehouse, our company will not be able to process the return.
